Viewfinder is a service where I help marketing managers craft their offer and messages to ensure they fit their customers like a well-cut suit. I do this through qualitative customer interviews. Along with that, I also offer customer journey mapping workshops for teams to help uncover opportunities to improve customer experience.
In short: I help clever marketing managers uncover customer insights that improve their business’s performance.
My argument
Companies often do not know their customers as well as they think they do. And without genuine customer insight to inform activity, you introduce risk to your business.
Your customers pay all of your bills. They pay for your holidays. Your kids’ birthday presents. Your retirement stash. They’re the sort of people you’d want to know well. Really well.
How well do you know them?
Do you know what they really think about your business?
What they like? What they don’t? Who else they consider? What keeps them up at night? What they say about you behind your back? If you can’t answer these questions with certainty, you may be leaving money on the table. You don’t want to do that.
